Technoblogger Zack Nilsson is known not only for flexing smartphones , but also changing their designs in every way with love. In the case of the new OnePlus 7 Pro, he decided to create an exclusive version with a transparent back cover. Due to the presence of moving elements in the device, the result was extremely interesting.
To make a transparent version of OnePlus 7 Pro, the blogger had to disassemble the smartphone. To do this, he warmed up the back cover with a hair dryer and gently detached it with a knife and sucker. Inadvertently, Nilsson tore off the cable connecting the flash and laser autofocus to the main board. However, this did not affect the performance of the device.
Later, the blogger removed the protective plastic plate covering the board. This opened access to the front camera's lift mechanism. Structurally, it does not differ from those used in the OPPO and Vivo smartphones. When the camera is physically pressed, the protective mechanism is activated, and it hides inside the case.
Then Nilson took the back cover. A blue film was pasted on its inner side, but the logo and the name of the company were applied directly to the glass itself. The latter, by the way, has a matte finish. After that, Zach returned the cover to its place, gluing it with double-sided tape. As a result, he got an exclusive version of OnePlus 7 Pro with a transparent back, under which you can see the work of the front camera.
