Huami CEO Huang Wang posted on the Weibo social network a message about the start of mass production of the new Huangshan branded processor No.1. Information about this repostnul official account of the Mi Band in Weibo, which indirectly confirms the use of this chipset in the fourth generation.
The processor itself was introduced last year. According to the manufacturer, it is built on the RISC-V architecture and is 38% more energy efficient than the Cortex-M4 cores from ARM. The chipset uses four coprocessors to operate the functions of artificial intelligence, which are used to analyze the pulse, obtain data from ECG sensors and recognize arrhythmia symptoms. Consequently, Mi Band 4 can be expected to have improved work times and more advanced health-related technologies.
The Mi Band 4 presentation is scheduled for June 11th. The tracker will be presented in two versions, one of which will receive the NFC module.
